Highlights the deep-seated traditions behind the flavors. Enjoy a 60-minute curated experience of three local rums, a unique pitorro, and our farm's premium coffee, accompanied by local cheeses and fruits. This is a flavorful journey to the roots of Puerto Rican taste.

Join us for a unique and flavorful evening led by Master Sommelier Charlotte Rivera, owner of the acclaimed farm-to-table restaurant Mimosa in Aguada, Puerto Rico. Charlotte brings her expertise and passion to guide you through a curated tasting of five rotating wines, each handpicked to highlight distinct regions, styles, and stories.
These recurring tastings are perfect for wine lovers of all levels looking to explore and learn in a relaxed, welcoming setting. The selection changes every time, making each session a fresh and exciting experience.
Price starts at $35 per person. Reservations are required, as space is limited.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are permitted up to 48 hours prior to the confirmed tour time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable.
Final Sales: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made within the 48-hour window.
Minimum Group Size: A minimum group size of 6 participants is required for the tour to proceed. If the minimum group size is not met, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
